General description

31.70 kDa calculated. ~42 kDa reported (Link, M.P., et al. (1986). J. Immunol. 137(9):3013-3018) due to glycosylation.
Lymph node cells from a lymphoma patient.

Specificity

MB-1 antigen is found on all normal immunoglobulin (Ig)-expressing cells, but not on T cells, thymocytes, granulocytes, or platelets. MB-1 antigen is expressed late in B cell ontogeny before the expression of SIg (Link, M.P., et al. (1986). J. Immunol. 137(9):3013-3018).

Application

Epitope: Extracellular domain.

Physical form

Purified mouse monoclonal IgG1κ antibody in buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl with 0.05% sodium azide.

Preparation Note

Stable for 1 year at 2-8°C from date of receipt.

Analysis Note

Evaluated by Flow Cytometry in human PBMCs.

Flow Cytometry Analysis: 0.1 µg of this antibody immunostained CD37 on the surface of one million human PBMCs.
