General description
KLH-conjugated linear peptides corresponding to sequences from the first extracellular domain and the C-terminal cytoplasmic tail of human potassium channel Kir4.1.
~49 kDa observed. Target band size appears larger than the calculated molecular weight of 42.51 kDa due to glycosylation. Uncharacterized band(s) may appear in some lysates.
Application
Western Blotting Analysis: 2.0 µg/mL from a representative lot detected potassium channel Kir4.1 in 10 µg of mouse cerebellum tissue lysate.
Immunohistochemistry Analysis: A 1:100 dilution from a representative lot detected potassium channel Kir4.1 immunoreactivity in the molecular layer of human cerebellum tissue sections.
Immunohistochemistry Analysis: A 1:25 dilution from a representative lot immunostained glial cells near ventricles in rat brain and astrocytes in the white matter of human cerebellum tissue sections.
