GST-tagged recombinant internal fragment from the C-terminal half of human M-Ras.
~24 kDa observed. 23.52 kDa (isoform 1) and 15.22 kDa (isoform 2) calculated.

Epitope: Internal (C-terminal half).

Biochem/physiol Actions

Expected to react with both spliced isoforms reported by UniProt (O14807).

Physical form

Purified mouse monoclonal IgG1κ antibody in buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl with 0.05% sodium azide.

Preparation Note

Stable for 1 year at 2-8°C from date of receipt.

Analysis Note

Evaluated by Western Blotting in SHSY-5Y cell lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis: 1.0 µg/mL of this antibody detected M-Ras in 10 µg of SHSY-5Y cell lysate.
