She has more than 14 years of experience in the field of business development and technical marketing of excipients and API. Her areas of expertise include solubility and bioavailability enhancement.
Currently she is leading a team of Technical Application Experts, Excipients, APeC.

Dr. Suruchi Vishwasrao is a Senior Scientist at Formulation and Technology Center, Merck Life science, Mumbai. She was associated with Pharma industries like Emcure, Panacea Biotech, Micro Labs and Academics. She has more than 14 years of experience and has expertise in formulation development of solids, semisolids and NDDS products and has publications in national, international journals as well as in symposia. She is a doctorate in Industrial Pharmacy from A&M Schwartz School of Pharmacy, Long Island University, NY, USA.

Dr. Pratik Kakade brings a strong background in pharmaceuticals to the Customer Applications– Excipient team, with a decade of diverse experience in small molecule development. His expertise spans solid dosage forms, topical applications, and ophthalmic formulations, complemented by his involvement in pre-clinical studies. Dr. Pratik has a demonstrated history of designing innovative drug delivery systems, including technologies for sustained, controlled, and immediate release. He holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from the Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT) in Mumbai, along with an MBA in Marketing. His academic achievements include patent, numerous research publications, and ongoing manuscript submissions.
