General description

This panel targets phosphorylated and total ERK1/2, core components of the MAPK signaling pathway. ERK1/2 (pT185/pY187) are activated by MEK in response to growth factors and mitogens, regulating cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. This panel supports studies in cancer, development, and stress response.

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze 2 analytes in human, mouse, or rat cell lysate samples.

Analytes Included: ERK1/2 (Phospho-Thr185/Tyr187), ERK1/2 (Total)

Assay Characteristics: Refer to the assay protocol for details on cross-reactivity, buffer compatibility, lysate control, and recommended loading control (MAPmate Control Assays).

Features and Benefits

  • Simultaneously detect phosphorylated and total ERK1/2 in a single well
  • Includes ERK1/2 (Phospho-Thr185/Tyr187) and ERK1/2 (Total)
  • Magnetic bead-based format ensures reproducibility and efficient processing
  • Compatible with cell lysates from proliferation, differentiation, and stress response studies
  • Ideal for oncology, toxicology, and cell signaling research
  • Fast, convenient alternative to Western Blotting and immunoprecipitation procedures
