Detect Chicken IgG using this Rabbit anti-Chicken IgG Antibody, FITC conjugate validated for use in IF.
Suggested dilution for most applications: 1:50-1:200 for most applicationsOptimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.

Biochem/physiol Actions

Chicken IgY (IgG (H+L))

ANTIBODY SPEIFICITY:

Based on immunoelectrophoresis, the antibody reacts with the heavy chainjs of Chicken IgY and with light chains common to most chicken immunoglobulins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins, but antibodies may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.

FLUOROPHORE /PROTEIN RATIO

7.0 ug/mg; 2.6 moles FITCper mole IgG.

Physical form

Lyophilized. Buffer = 0.01 M Sodium Phosphate, 0.25 M NaCl, pH 7.6. Preservative 0.01% Thimerosal, 0.05% Sodium Azide with 15 mg/mL BSA.
