MILLIPLEX^® Human Autoimmune Autoantibody Panel 20-Plex

Autoantibody formation is principal to the pathogenesis of a variety of autoimmune diseases. Dysregulated apoptosis and the subsequent defective clearance of cellular debris leads to the exposure of autoantigens and the generation of autoantibodies. The presence of autoantibodies may indicate disease activity, prognosis, and clinical associations related to a variety of autoimmune diseases. These autoimmune diseases include, but are not limited to, Sjögren′s Syndrome, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Mixed Connective Tissue Disease, Systemic Sclerosis, CREST syndrome, Polymyositis/Dermatomyositis, Vasculitis, Anti-Phospholipid Syndrome, and various overlap syndromes of these diseases.

MILLIPLEX^® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze up to 20 analytes in human serum and plasma samples.
