General description

塩化マグネシウムは、マグネシウムイオンを供給するためのポリメラーゼ連鎖反応（PCR）で広く使用されています。Mg2+の濃度は、全ゲノムDNAの使用時や長い生成物の合成時、マルチプレックス反応時に、PCRの効率と特異性の両方に影響を与える最も重要なパラメーターです。Mg2+濃度の上昇により、プライマー／鋳型二本鎖の安定性と増幅効率が向上します。

Application

塩化マグネシウム溶液は、逆転写酵素PFV RTの反応ミックスに使用されています。 人工脳脊髄液（ACSF）の調製に使用されています。
塩化マグネシウム溶液は、クッパー細胞（または他の肝細胞）由来核の単離とin situ固定のための核単離バッファーの成分として使用されています。
