Biochem/physiol Actions

General description

抗真菌抗生剤溶液は、1 mLあたり10,000ユニットのペニシリン、10 mgのストレプトマイシン、および25 μgのアムホテリシンBを含んでおり、独自のクエン酸緩衝液に溶けています。10 mL/Lで細胞培養に使用することをお勧めします。抗真菌抗生剤溶液は、一般に、細胞培養培地中の細菌や真菌などの有害な微生物の増殖を防ぐために使用されます。
