Biochem/physiol Actions

塩化アンモニウムは、窒素サイクルにおける 3 つの主要な成分のうちの 1 つです。塩化アンモニウムの投与は、クレアチニンと尿素のクリアランスを促進し、マウスにおいて代謝性アシドーシスを誘導します。過剰の塩化アンモニウムは、脳におけるクレブス回路を阻害し、アストロサイトにおいて ATP を枯渇させます。塩化アンモニウムは、エンドソーム-リソソーム系における酸性化を阻害します。塩化アンモニウムは、赤血球の溶解に使用される溶血試薬です。
