General description

1-ブタノールは、塩化セシウム密度勾配超遠法によって精製された DNA から臭化エチジウムを除去するために使用される、無色透明のアルコールです。また、繰り返し抽出による希薄な核酸溶液の濃縮にも使用され、エタノール沈殿による回収率を改善します。

Application

1-ブタノールは以下の用途に用いられています：
  • 血液サンプル中のメチル化アルギニンのレベルを測定するための誘導体化プロセス
  • デアセチラーゼCobBによるリシン修飾における液体クロマトグラフィー質量（LC-MS）分析
  • ササゲからの植物性素材の抽出
  • PCRとシーケンシングによる追加増幅の前の増幅済みヒトDNAサンプルを抽出および精製するため
