General description

デキサメタゾンは、強力なグルココルチコイドであり、鉱質コルチコイド活性はほとんどありません。デキサメタゾンは、複数のシグナル伝達経路に多様な効果を示し、その機能には好中球の遊走の抑制やリンパ球コロニー増殖の減少などがあります。研究結果によると、デキサメタゾンは肺動脈圧を低下させることで、高所肺水腫を予防する可能性があることが示されています。

Preparation Note

1 mg/mL ストック溶液を滅菌培地で50倍希釈し、凍結-解凍の繰り返しを避けるために、実験に用いるアリコ-トに分けて凍結保存してください。
