General description

成体ウマから得たウマ血清は均一であり、低濃度のポリアミンオキシダーゼを含みます。この血清は代謝的に安定で、細胞増殖を促進します。ウマ血清はウシ血清の代替物であり、成長因子およびホルモンの供給源です。

Other Notes

ドナーウマ血清は、米国の管理されたドナー集団から収集しています。ウマ血清は、ウシ胎児血清に比べタンパク質の含有量は多く、微量金属は少なくなっています。ドナーウマ血清は、マイコプラズマの増殖、アッセイ培地のサプリメントとしての診断アッセイでの使用、また造血幹細胞や神経細胞の培養に適しています。
