Application
マッコイ5A培地は、以下の培養で使用されています：′
- 大腸がん転移におけるロイシンリッチリピート含有Gタンパク質共役受容体（LGR5）の機能を調べるためのヒト大腸がん細胞株（HCT116、RKO、FET、CBS、HCT116b、TENN）
- がんにおけるmiR-224過剰発現を調べるためのヒト結腸直腸HCT116細胞
- スタンダード細胞培養培地におけるカルシウム欠乏ヒドロキシアパタイトのイオン反応性を調べるための骨芽細胞
Biochem/physiol Actions
マッコイ5A培地は、もともとBMEに含まれるアミノ酸の改変により肝臓がん細胞を維持するように開発されました。′ この処方は、骨髄、皮膚、歯肉、腎臓、網、副腎、肺、脾臓、ラット胚、およびその他の細胞型の初代培養の増殖を維持するためにも使用されています。
Preparation Note
2.2 g/Lの炭酸水素ナトリウムを添加してください。
