General description
塩化マグネシウムは、水およびアルコールに可溶な白色の結晶性固体です。 Mg2+ イオンが占有する八面体の正孔が交互に重なった立方密着充填構造をしています。太陽電池やバッテリーの分野で広く使用されています。
Application
塩化マグネシウムは以下の用途に使用することができます：
- PbS 量子ドット太陽電池の電子輸送層として、不動態化 ZnO ナノ粒子を作製するため。これにより、電池の欠陥が減少し、効率が大幅に向上します。
- ハイブリッド Mg/Li 充電式電池のイオン伝導性を高めるための二塩電解質の調製。
- 低温処理平面ヘテロ接合ペロブスカイト太陽電池用に、Mg ドーピングした TiO2 電子輸送層を調製するためのドーパントとして。Mg ドーピングにより、太陽電池の電力変換効率が大幅に向上します。
