Application

p-ニトロフェニルリン酸液体基質システムは、アルカリホスファターゼアッセイにおいて、アルカリホスファターゼ活性測定用の基質として使用されています。
可溶性の、405 nmで読み取り可能な黄色の最終生成物を与えるアルカリホスファターゼの基質。反応を3N NaOHで停止させ、405 nmで読み取る場合があります。ELISA（マイクロウェル）での使用を推奨します。膜を使用するアプリケーションにはお勧めしません。

Biochem/physiol Actions

4-ニトロフェニルリン酸二ナトリウム六水和物（pNPP）は、タンパク質チロシンホスファターゼ活性を測定する、非タンパク質性かつ非特異的な基質です。pNPPは、加水分解されるとp-ニトロフェノールになります。アルカリホスファターゼの一般的な発色基質です。
