General description
リン酸緩衝生理食塩水（PBS）はウエスタンブロット及び免疫沈降（IP）法における洗浄バッファーとして、また一般的な分子生物学用途での使用において細胞溶解物の試料調製時に日常的に使用されます。
Preparation Note
10x PBSは、
- 30 mMリン酸ナトリウム
- 1.5 M塩化ナトリウム
- 10.5 mMリン酸カリウムを含有します。
10x PBSを、分子生物学グレードの水を用いて1x 標準溶液に希釈します。
Application
ウエスタンブロット及びIPに用いる洗浄バッファー用、並びに細胞溶解物の試料調製用に適しています。
