General description

MISSION® TRC shRNA により精製したプラスミド DNA フォーマットは、各コンストラクトからの DNA 調製の手間を省きます。DNA は一過性または安定なトランスフェクションに直接使用できます。 さらにこれらのプラスミドは、レンチウイルス粒子を生成するための細胞株パッケージ中のパッケージプラスミドと組み合わせることができます。1 μg の DNA が、ターゲットセット中の各コンストラクト用に提供されます。
