Phenol-petroleum ether extracted lipopolysaccharide (LPS) containing ≤0.3% proteins. LPS 595 (Re) has been shown to stimulate Toll-like receptor-4 (TLR4), but not TLR2, signaling in human cell lines.

Preparation Note

Following reconstitution, refrigerate (4°C). Stock solutions are stable for up to 6 months.
