General description

Our Mobius® Ultimus® Bin Assembly is a single-use assembly designed with our new Ultimus® film.The Mobius® Ultimus® Bin Assembly features a single-use design utilizing our advanced Ultimus®film, specifically engineered for demanding applications like large-volume liquid processing. Available in Mobius® 3D assemblies ranging from 100L to 2000L, as well as in Mobius® MIX and iFlex Bioreactor assemblies, Ultimus® film supports healthy cell growth by excluding Irgafos 168.

It has undergone rigorous testing for extractables to ensure suitability for various processes. The film′s construction includes a gas barrier layer of Ethylene Vinyl Alcohol copolymer (EVOH) and a Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) outer layer that boosts leak resistance.

Buffer, media, product transportation, Intermediate fluid transfer and storage.

The Mobius® Ultimus® Bin Assembly is engineered for single-use applications in large-volume liquid processing, making it ideal for biopharmaceutical manufacturing, cell culture, and other critical operations. This innovative film technology enhances bag strength, durability, and leak resistance through a unique strength layer reinforced with woven nylon.

Utilizing our innovative Ultimus® film, this assembly provides superior strength and durability, essential for handling challenging processes. The Mobius®Ultimus®Bin Assembly is designed to meet the rigorous demands of modern bioprocessing, ensuring optimal performance and safety in critical applications.
