General description

Src family kinases (BLK, FGR, FYN, HCK, LCK, LYN, SRC, YES) are non-receptor tyrosine kinases involved in signal transduction for cell proliferation, differentiation, and immune responses. Phosphorylation at conserved tyrosine residues within their activation loops indicates kinase activation.

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze 8 analytes in cell lysate samples.
