General description

Insulin, leptin, and PAI-1 regulate energy balance, glucose metabolism, and adipocyte function. IL-1β, IL-6, TNFα, and MCP-1/CCL2 are key inflammatory markers linked to metabolic dysfunction. Together, these biomarkers offer insight into immune-metabolic interactions in rat models of obesity and insulin resistance.
