Service Proactive™ Plan*

Don't wait for problems to arise— we'll tell you first. Our team monitors your system for alarms and will contact you proactively in case of an issue. You'll experience our fastest response time and reduce risk of downtime.

The Service Proactive™ Plan is available for systems connected to MyMilli-Q™ Remote Care, except for Milli-Q® CLX 8Series systems which have a dedicated Service Total Predict™ Plan (see below).

Remote Health Checks*

A Remote Health Check is an online visit performed remotely by one of our Milli-Q® service experts. It’s a simple and rapid way to assess the performance of your water system with minimal disruption to lab operations. A Remote Health Check can identify potential issues before they escalate, saving you time and resources. 

Key features of a Remote Health Check include:

  • A detailed performance report you can share with your team or QA department
  • Actionable recommendations tailored to your system and usage
  • Customized maintenance tips to extend system life and protect water quality

This service is included as part of the Service Proactive™ and eCare™ plans, and as an option with other service plans. Call us to schedule your check-up today!

Dedicated to the intense pace of medical laboratories, the new Total Predict™ Service Plan targets 99.9% system uptime of Milli-Q® CLX 8Series systems feeding clinical analyzers. This advanced service plan supports uninterrupted patient care by combining the remote monitoring power of MyMilli-Q™ Remote Care with predictive intelligence and complete system coverage.
