Anti-BAALC Antibody

Brain and acute leukemia cytoplasmic protein (BAALC) interacts with CAMK2A in a synaptic role at postsynaptic lipid rafts. BAALC is expressed by neural, hematopoietic, normal early progenitor cells and in the most immature type of blasts in acute leukemia. Isoform 2 and isoform 6 are also expressed in the brain.

~22 kDa observed. Uniprot describes 6 isoforms produced by alternative splicing at ~19 kDa, ~16 kDa, ~9 kDa, ~8 kDa and ~6 kDa
