~70 kDa observed. 69.8 kDa (isoform 1), 77.1 kDa (isoform 3), 63.9 kDa (isoform 4) calculated. Uncharacterized band(s) may appear in some lysates.

Epitope: C-terminal half

Expected to react with isoforms 1 (isoform alpha) and isoform 4, but not isoform 2. Reactivity toward isoform 3 (isoform beta) has not been determined.

Purified mouse monoclonal IgG2aκ antibody in buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl with 0.05% sodium azide.

Stable for 1 year at 2-8°C from date of receipt.

Evaluated by Western Blotting in HeLa cell lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis: 0.5 µg/mL of this antibody detected PIF1 in 10 µg of HeLa cell lysate.
