General description

These magnetic beads offer a fast, scalable, and reliable method for capturing human antibodies or antibody fragments that possess kappa light chains. With high specificity, the Kappa Magnetic Beads bind effectively to the constant region of the kappa light chain found in human immunoglobulins.
Application
PureProteome™ Kappa Ig Binder Magnetic Beads are suitable:
- for antibody purification
- for protein purification
- to perform coimmunoprecipitation of immune complexes (ICs) in mouse serum to capture host antibody interactions with the circulatory antigens of Trichinella spiralis
- to capture the immune complexes in the sera of microfilaremic subjects
