Flow Cytometry Analysis: 0.1 µg of this antibody detected TCR β in mouse splenocytes.

Epitope: Extracellular C domain of TCR beta chain

Clone H57-597 targets the C region of TCR beta chain. Clone H57-597 reacts with alpha/beta TCR, but not with gamma/delta TCR, nor with CD3 (Kubo, R.T., et al. (1989). J. Immunol. 142(8):2736-2742).

Stable for 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt.Handling Recommendations: Upon receipt and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution.
