Hydrolysis by non-specific esterases traps the indicator in the cytosol. Spectral properties in the presence of low calcium concentrations (ex. 364 nm, em. 508 nm) differ from those during high calcium conditions (ex. 335 nm, em. 495 nm). Note: 1 set = 10 x 50 µg.
