Description
OverviewA triterpenoid saponin isolated from liquorice roots that displays antiviral and anti-tumor activities. Inhibits replication, adsorption, and penetration of severe acute respiratory syndrome-associated coronavirus (SARS-CV), presumably via its ability to upregulate nitric oxide synthase activity.
