      SolubilityAdd 2.4 g of MOWIOL® 4-88 to 6 g of glycerol and stir to mix. Add 6 ml of water and stir for several hours at room temperature. Add 12 ml of 0.2 M Tris (pH 8.5) and heat to 50°C for 10 min. with occasional mixing. After the MOWIOL® 4-88 dissolves, clarify the solution by centrifugation at 5000 x g for 15 min.
