General description

Troponins (cTnI, cTnT), CKM, and MYL3 are structural proteins released during myocardial injury. FABP3 reflects early cardiac damage, while FSTL1 and TIMP-1 are involved in tissue remodeling and repair. Together, these biomarkers provide a comprehensive view of cardiac injury and recovery in rat models.

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze up to 7 analytes in rat serum or plasma samples.
