General description

Adiponectin, sE-Selectin, and sICAM-1 are critical biomarkers involved in vascular health, inflammation, and endothelial function. Adiponectin is an anti-inflammatory adipokine that enhances insulin sensitivity and protects vascular integrity. sE-Selectin and sICAM-1 are adhesion molecules expressed on endothelial cells during inflammation, facilitating leukocyte recruitment and signaling vascular injury. Together, these analytes provide insight into endothelial activation, metabolic dysfunction, and inflammatory response in rat models of vascular injury

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze up to 3 analytes in rat serum or plasma samples.

Analytes included: Adiponectin, sE-Selectin, sICAM-1

Assay Characteristics: Refer to assay protocol for details on cross-reactivity, sensitivity, precision, and accuracy.
