General description
碱性磷酸酶是一种磷酸单酯酶，可催化核酸的末端磷酸盐裂解。游离 5′-OH 可用多核苷酸激酶和 γ32P-ATP 磷酸化，以产生 γ32P 末端标记核酸。通过碱性磷酸酶去磷酸化可以防止线性化的克隆载体再环化。
Application
通常用于在分子克隆反应过程中从核酸中去除5'-末端磷酸盐。
Other Notes
5 mM EDTA (pH 8) 中的碱性磷酸酶将在 75℃ 下不可逆地加热灭活 10 分。
一个单位将在37℃ 下每分钟水解 1.0μ摩尔对 -硝基苯磷酸盐。
碱性磷酸酶以50% (w/v) 甘油溶液的形式提供，溶液中还含有 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.2)、50 mM KCl、1 mM MgCl 2 和 0.1 mM ZnCl 2 。还包括 10X CIP 缓冲液（产品编号 C3225）。
