Additionally, rely on the extensive Pall® filter funnel portfolio for your microbiology and testing needs, and concentrate your samples with Nanosep®, Microsep®, Macrosep®, and Jumbosep® centrifugal filters.
Western Blotting
Amersham®, the pioneer of enhanced chemiluminescence (ECL) detection, continues to innovate its portfolio to meet all your western blotting needs. Choose ECL Prime for the most sensitive ECL system available. Utilize DualVue™ and Rainbow markers to ensure accurate and precise results. Amersham® also offers high-quality nitrocellulose and PVDF blotting membranes with pore sizes ranging from 0.1 to 0.45 µm. Finally, employ Pharmalyte® carrier ampholytes for isoelectric focusing across a pH gradient, allowing for the effective separation of charged molecules (proteins or peptides) based on their isoelectric point (pI).
Gradient Density Media
Ficoll® and Percoll® are globally recognized standards for mediums designed to isolate mononuclear cells, viruses, and subcellular particles through gradient density centrifugation.
Magnetic Beads
Elevate your assays and purification methods with Sera-Mag® SpeedBeads. These amine-blocked magnetic particles are uniform, colloidally stable, mono-dispersed, and non-porous super-paramagnetic spheres, produced using a proprietary core-shell method. The core consists of a carboxylate-modified particle made through free radical emulsion polymerization of styrene and acid monomer. Magnetite (Fe3O4) is coated onto this core particle and encapsulated with proprietary polymers, while the final surface is treated with a specialized method to minimize nonspecific protein binding.
Genomics
Cytiva® offers a rapid suite of tools for working with nucleic acids. Use Illustra® kits for extraction, along with NAP®, Sephadex®, and RNAspin columns for nucleic acid sample cleanup. Discover rolling circle amplification with Phi29, which provides higher fidelity amplification compared to traditional PCR methods.
