General description

This panel includes key phosphoproteins from the PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway such as Akt (pS473, pT308), mTOR (pS2448), p70 S6K, RPS6, 4E-BP1, and GSK-3α/β. These analytes regulate cell survival, growth, protein synthesis, and metabolism through coordinated phosphorylation events.

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze 11 analytes in cell lysate samples.

Analytes Included: Akt (pS473), Akt (pT308), GSK-3α/β (pS21/S9), mTOR (pS2448), p70 S6K (pT412), p70 S6K (pT389), p70 S6K (Total), RPS6 (pS235/S236), RPS6 (pS240/S244), RPS6 (Total), 4E-BP1 (pT37/T46)
