General description
This panel includes phosphorylated proteins involved in multiple signaling pathways that regulate cell survival, proliferation, inflammation, and transcriptional activity. CREB (pS133) is a transcription factor activated by cAMP signaling. ERK (pT185/pY187), JNK (pT183/pY185), and p38 (Thr180/Tyr182) are key components of the MAPK pathway. Akt (pS473) regulates cell survival and metabolism. NFκB (pS536) controls inflammatory and immune responses. p70S6K (Thr412) is involved in protein synthesis, while STAT3 (pS727) and STAT5A/B (pY694/699) mediate cytokine signaling and immune regulation
Application
MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze 9 analytes in human, mouse, or rat cell lysate samples.
Analytes Included: CREB (pS133), ERK (pT185/pY187), NFκB (pS536), JNK (pT183/pY185), p38 (Thr180/Tyr182), p70S6K (Thr412), STAT3 (pS727), STAT5A/B (pY694/699), Akt (pS473)
Assay Characteristics: Refer to the assay protocol for details on cross-reactivity, buffer compatibility, lysate control, and recommended loading control (MAPmate™ Control Assays).
