General description

BAK and BAX promote mitochondrial outer membrane permeabilization, while BCL-2, BCL-W, BCL-XL, and MCL-1 inhibit apoptosis. Together, these proteins regulate the intrinsic apoptotic pathway and determine cell fate under stress conditions.

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze 6 analytes in human cell lysate samples.
