Features and Benefits

  • Simultaneously detect 6 phosphorylated proteins in the Ras-Raf-MEK-ERK signaling cascade
  • Includes c-Raf, MEK1, ERK1/2, and p90RSK
  • Magnetic bead-based format ensures reproducibility and efficient processing
  • Compatible with cell lysates from cancer, proliferation, and signal transduction studies
  • Ideal for oncology, targeted therapy research, and MAPK pathway analysis
  • Fast, convenient alternative to Western Blotting and immunoprecipitation procedures"

General description

This panel targets phosphorylated proteins in the Ras-Raf signaling cascade, a key pathway in cell proliferation and oncogenesis. It includes c-Raf (pS338), MEK1 (pS217/pS221), ERK1/2 (pT185/pY187), and downstream effectors such as p90RSK (pT359/pS363). Dysregulation of this pathway is commonly associated with various cancers, making this panel ideal for oncology and signal transduction research.

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze 6 analytes in cell lysate samples.

Analytes Included: c-Raf (Phospho-Ser338), MEK1 (Phospho-Ser217/221), ERK1/2 (Phospho-Thr185/Tyr187), p90RSK (Phospho-Thr359/Ser363)

Assay Characteristics: Refer to the assay protocol for details on cross-reactivity, buffer compatibility, lysate control, and recommended loading control (MAPmate Control Assays).
