General description

This panel includes phosphorylated proteins central to T-cell receptor signaling and immune activation. CD3ζ (pY142) initiates TCR signaling upon antigen recognition. LAT (pY191) and SLP-76 (pY128) serve as scaffolding proteins for downstream signaling. Lck (pY394) and ZAP70 (pY319) are tyrosine kinases that propagate TCR signals. PLCγ1 (pY783) mediates calcium signaling, while ERK (pT185/pY187) links TCR activation to gene expression and cell proliferation.

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze 7 analytes in cell lysate samples.

Analytes Included: CD3ζ (pY142), LAT (pY191), Lck (pY394), PLCγ1 (pY783), ZAP70 (pY319), SLP-76 (pY128), ERK (pT185/pY187)

Assay Characteristics: Refer to the assay protocol for details on cross-reactivity, buffer compatibility, lysate control, and recommended loading control (MAPmate Control Assays).

Features and Benefits
