Features and Benefits

  • Simultaneously measures 16 key markers of cell health in a single assay
  • Covers apoptosis, autophagy, DNA damage, proliferation, and stress response pathways
  • Ideal for studying cellular responses to drug treatment, disease, and environmental stress
  • High sensitivity and reproducibility using Luminex® xMAP® technology
  • Suitable for limited sample volumes and high-throughput analysis

General description

The analytes in this panel include key markers of apoptosis (e.g., Cleaved PARP, CHOP), autophagy (LC3B), DNA damage (Phospho-Histone H2A.x), cell proliferation (Ki67), and stress response (HSP70, GRP78), providing a comprehensive snapshot of cellular health. These biomarkers are critical for monitoring cellular responses to drug treatment, environmental stress, and disease progression, making the panel ideal for toxicology studies, cancer research, and pathway analysis. Their multiplexed detection enables efficient profiling of multiple pathways from limited sample volumes.

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze 16 analytes in cell lysate samples to support pathway analysis and enhance the reliability of comparative protein expression studies.

Analytes Included: CHOP, Cyclin B1, Complex IV, Ki67, LC3B, HIF-1α, Polyubiquitin (K48-linkage), HSP70, Cleaved PARP, GRP78, Phospho-eIF4B (Ser422), Phospho-NF-κB (Ser536), Phospho-Histone H2A.x (Ser139), Phospho-Histone H3 (Ser10), Phospho-p53 (Ser15), Phospho-RNA Pol II (Ser2)

Assay Characteristics: Refer to the assay protocol for details on cross-reactivity, buffer compatibility, lysate control, and recommended loading control (MAPmate Control Assays).
