General description
mPAGE® TurboMix Resolving Solution is a 20% acrylamide buffer solution used to make bis-tris polyacrylamide gels. It can be diluted with DI water to make any gel percentage between 8% and 15%. After dilution, add APS and TEMED and then pour gels to the desired height.
