General description

The premixed MILLIPLEX® PLEXpedition Screening Panels are multiplex immunoassay kits designed to simultaneously screen either 80 or 115 targets, including cytokines, chemokines, and biomarkers related to bone health, metabolism, and cardiovascular disease. These discovery biomarker tools are offered in a matrix-free format for analyte detection across various sample types and serve as bridges to our commercially available Qualified assays for later-stage drug development and biomarker analysis.

MILLIPLEX® Screening assays are fit-for-purpose tools to enable the detection of biomarkers spanning mutiple research areas during discovery and translational studies. Simultaneously analyze up to 115 analytes in mutiple human sample types including serum, plasma,cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), cell culture supernatants, brochoalveolar lavage (BAL), and milk.



Analytes included: The Luminex® xMAP® INTELLIFLEX and the FLEXMAP 3D® can detect all 115 analytes in this panel while the MAGPIX® and Luminex 200 instruments detect specific subsets of 50 and 80 analytes, respectively. It is critical to know your type of instrument when selecting analytes.
