General description
Chem-2 cells are a suspension cell line endogenously overexpressing Ga16 that is used as a host for Chemicon′s ChemiScreen GPCR Membrane Preparations. Chemicon′s ChemiScreen Wild-Type Chem-2 Membrane Preparations are ideal controls for validation of radioligand binding assays employing ChemiScreen GPCR Membrane Preparations in the Chem-2 host cell line.

Preparation Note
Maintain frozen at -70°C for up to 2 years. Do not freeze and thaw.
