Application

16:0-06:0 NBD PC I suitable for use:
  • in the preparation of fluid phase fluorescent bilayers
  • to prepare liposomes/small unilamellar vesicles (SUVs)
  • as substrate in in vitro enzyme assay of lipoteichoic acid (LTA) synthase enzyme (LtaS) to determine the enzyme specificity
