General description
A cocktail of five protease inhibitors with broad specificity for the inhibition of cysteine, serine, aspartic, and thermolysin-like proteases and aminopeptidases. This cocktail is recommended for purification of proteins containing His•Tag sequences. Each vial contains 100 mM AEBSF, HCl (Cat. No. 101500), 5 mM Bestatin (Cat. No. 200484), 1.5 mM E-64 (Cat. No. 324890), 2 mM Pepstatin A (Cat. No. 516481), and 200 µM of Phosphoramidon, Disodium Salt (Cat. No. 525276). One ml is recommended for the inhibition of proteases in 10 g of cells. Supplied with a data sheet. Note: 1 set = 5 x 1 ml.
This set is a specially formulated protease inhibitor cocktail of five protease inhibitors with broad specificity for the inhibition of cysteine, serine, aspartic, and thermolysin-like proteases and aminopeptidases. This cocktail is recommended for purification of histidine-tagged proteins.
This product is provided as a single vial or as a set of 5 vials. Each vial contains 1 ml of protease inhibitor cocktail solubilized in DMSO with the following components:

Chromatin organization is highly dynamic and modulates DNA replication, transcription, and chromosome segregation. Condensin is essential for chromosome assembly during mitosis and meiosis, as well as maintenance of chromosome structure during interphase. While it is well established that sustained condensin
