EPZ020411 is a potent and selective protein arginine methyltransferase PRMT6 inhibitor (IC50 = 10 nM; PRMT1/8 IC50 = 119/223 nM). EPZ020411 inhibits PRMT6 expression-induced H3R2 methylation in A375 cells (IC50 = 637 nM), but not PRMT1-specific methylmark (IC50 = 7.1 μM).
