General description
栄養混合物F-12は、初代ラット肝細胞およびラット前立腺上皮細胞の増殖に適しています。また、チャイニーズハムスター卵巣（CHO）細胞を用いたクローン毒性アッセイにも使用されます。
Application
栄養混合物F-12ハムは、次の用途で使用されています：
- SH-SY5Yヒト神経芽腫細胞を維持するための最小必須培地
- メス由来神経芽腫細胞の培養
- 初代網膜色素上皮（RPE）細胞およびRPE細胞株の培養
