General description
Developed for use in immunoassay applications. Dissolving one tablet in 1 liter of deionized H2O yields 140 mM NaCl, 2.7 mM KCl, 0.05% TWEEN® 20 detergent, and 10 mM phosphate buffer, pH 7.4 at 25°C. Note: 1 each = 10 tablets.

Application
PBS-TWEEN® Tablets have been used as a:
- diluting agent in immunohistochemical staining
- wash buffer during enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)
- blocking agent during Western blotting
Preparation Note
Following reconstitution, store in the refrigerator (4°C) or filter sterilized and store at room temperature (20°C).
