General description
Efficacy of 2.5% sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) solution as endodontic irrigant has been tested. It has been proposed as tissue solvent. Effect of time and storage conditions on tissue-dissolving capacity of various concentrations of NaOCl have been evaluated.
We are committed to bringing you Greener Alternative Products, which adhere to one or more of The 12 Principles of Green Chemistry. This product is considered as an environmentally benign oxidant and has been enhanced for "Safer Solvents and Auxiliaries". Click here for more information.
Application
Sodium hypochlorite is an oxidant used with catalytic TEMPO for oxidation of alcohols. It is generally used in the synthesis of sodium 3,3′-bis(sulfonato)-4,4′-bis(acetamido)azobenzene.

Mycothiol (MSH) is the major low molecular weight (LMW) thiol in Actinomycetes. Here, we used shotgun proteomics, OxICAT and RNA-seq transcriptomics to analyse protein S-mycothiolation, reversible thiol-oxidations and their impact on gene expression in Mycobacterium smegmatis under hypochlorite stress. The marine dinoflagellate Cochlodinium polykrikoides is responsible for harmful algal blooms in aquatic environments and has spread into the world's oceans. As a microeukaryote, it seems to have distinct genomic characteristics, like gene structure and regulation. In the present study
