  1. Which document(s) contains shelf-life or expiration date information for a given product?

If available for a given product, the recommended re-test date or the expiration date can be found on the Certificate of Analysis.

  2. How do I get lot-specific information or a Certificate of Analysis?

The lot specific COA document can be found by entering the lot number above under the "Documents" section.

  3. How should I store Product 151882, Deuterium oxide, to preserve its purity?

According to our MSDS, deuterium oxide is classified as hygroscopic and should be stored under an inert gas like nitrogen, to prevent hydrogenated water uptake.

  4. I don't have the ability to store Product 151882, Deuterium oxide, under nitrogen to prevent H2O uptake. Is there another way that I can work with D20 in order to preserve its purity?

You may be interested in our ampulized deuterium oxide products: 521965 (10x0.6mL), 441376 (10x0.75mL) or 269794 (10x1mL). These products are ideal for one time use applications, like as an NMR solvent, because there is decreased chance of water uptake during storage.

  5. How do I find price and availability?

There are several ways to find pricing and availability for our products. Once you log onto our website, you will find the price and availability displayed on the product detail page.
